Significant events: On October 21, 2021, Central Park Group, LLC (“CPG”) and Macquarie Management Holdings, Inc., the US holding company for Macquarie Group Limited’s (“Macquarie”), US asset management business, announced that they had entered into an agreement whereby Macquarie would acquire CPG (“Transaction”). The Transaction closed on March 11, 2022. Central Park Group Funds are managed by Central Park Advisers, LLC and distributed by Delaware Distributors, L.P.
