Significant events: On October 21, 2021, Central Park Group, LLC (“CPG”) and Macquarie Management Holdings, Inc., the US holding company for Macquarie Group Limited’s (“Macquarie”), US asset management business, announced that they had entered into an agreement whereby Macquarie would acquire CPG (“Transaction”).
